
New line Livorno-Olbia
Grimaldi Lines wishes to announce all transport and logistic companies the launch of a new passenger / cargo line from Livorno to Olbia (Sardinia) starting from next 11th of January 2016. The new route will be operated by the modern ferry “Zeus Palace” able to transport up to 1500 passengers and 2000 linear meters of rolling cargo. The new line will perform daily departures from both ports covering the distance with a competitive transit time of 8 hours.
In addition to the opening of the Livorno-Olbia route, Grimaldi Lines is increasing its presence in Sardinia operating also in winter time the Civitavecchia-Porto Torres and Barcelona-Porto Torres connections, which will be from now on offered during the whole year and not only on high-season basis.
Thanks these new initiatives, Grimaldi Lines is offering a wide network of connections between the island of Sardinia and Italy mainland which includes also the pure freight lines from Genoa, Livorno, Salerno, Palermo and Valencia to Cagliari.
